If you are with an agency requesting help Blackberry Winter will communicate directly with you regarding this request. You will need to be present when we meet to provide the furniture. You must arrange for people and vehicles to load and transport the furniture. The person we are helping is welcome to be present but your attendance is required.
An individual needing help cannot ask for themselves. They must have someone contact us for them. This person will need to verify the need, be the contact for Blackberry Winter to communicate with, arrange to meet us with at least 2 people able to load the furniture,arrange the appropriate vehicles, and transport the furniture to the person in need.
